How to Register for Parking?

Step 1:

Enter the Location ID (found on the bottom left of the parking signs in the lot) into the field, then click Next.

Step 2:

Fill out all the fields. Note, you will need to know your license plate number. Some locations require you to have a unit number. This is usually the same as the number on the door of the unit. If iStall is asking for a parking code or PIN, you can get this information from the Lot ID# located on the sign.  Once everything is filled out, hit Register. 

Step 3:

The Registration Details page will now show your information; it is recommended you download these details for your records. 


Lost or stolen credit card? Here is how to replace or update your credit card.

Step 1:

You will need to create an account in iStall first.

Step 2:

Once you have created an account and verified your information, sign in to your  iStall account settings . This can be done by clicking the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and hitting Sign In.

Step 3:

Skip this step if you clicked directly on the (account) link above. Once you are logged in, under the settings icon, click on My Account.

Step 4:

Under My Account, click on Manage Credit Cards, or simply click the button below to Manage Credit Cards You will then see a listing of your current credit cards. You can either edit your current credit card details. You can also delete old credit cards and add new ones.

Step 1:

You will need to create an account in iStall first.

Step 2:

Once you have created an account and verified your information, sign in to your  iStall account settings . This can be done by clicking the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and hitting Sign In.

Step 3:

Skip this step if you clicked directly on the (account) link above. Once you are logged in, under the settings icon, click on My Account.

Step 4:

Under My Account, click on Manage Recurring Payments, or simply click the button below.

You will then see a listing of your current recurring monthly payments. To change to a different credit card, simply click the Edit button next to the relevant parking product.


Refund Request

Step 1:

Sign into the account by selecting sign in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2:

Select admin - > settings

Step Three:

Select Refund Request


How to request extended parking for your guests?

If you have used up the free visitor parking passes that have been allocated to your unit or license plate, and need to request extra parking, or if you have extenuating circumstances (i.e.  your visitor will be staying with you for an extended period), you can request a parking pass with a specified length using your iStall account.

Step One

You will need to create an account in iStall first.

Step Two

Once you have created an account and verified your information, sign in to iStall.ca. This can be done by clicking "Sign In" on the top right-hand corner.

Step Three

Once you are signed in, Select Account from the top right corner to view your Account Settings.

Step Four

Under Account, click on Extended Visitor Request.

Step Five

Enter in the information seen below. Note that if you do not give enough information, such as your email address, name and the reason for the request, the manager or admin may not approve your request.

  • Free Daytime Visitor Parking
  • Free Overnight once/month
  • Paid Overnight Visitor Parking.

Important Note- AT ALL TIMES IF YOU ARE IN VISITORS PARKING YOU MUST REGISTER EVEN IF
YOU PLAN OT ONLY STOP FOR 5 MINUTES.
